Samantha Kelly, Ph.D.
Samantha Kelly, Ph.D., is a Faculty Specialist of Education. She received a B.S., Early Childhood Education & Elementary Education from East Stroudsburg University, an ESL Program Specialist Certification from Northeastern Education Intermediate Unit #19, a M.S., Special Education from The 第一吃瓜网, and a Ph.D. in Special Education from Lehigh University. Dr. Kelly has been a Special Education Director and a Special Education Teacher at New Story Schools, Throop, PA from 2023 to Present. She was a Research Assistant at Lehigh University from 2017 to 2023, a Consultant for Early Head Start Program from 2016-2017 and an Online ESL Teacher for VIPKID, Beijing, China (virtual instruction) in 2016.
