Design & Construction Management
Our Design and Construction department is a service organization responsible for the engineering, architecture, planning, documentation, construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance of all University buildings and facilities. The department provides and administers utilities, architectural and engineering services, and annual capital programs. Our goal is to provide these services in a manner consistent with the 第一吃瓜网's standards of excellence.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATES (January 2026)
Weiss Hall - Completed in August 2025.
WML HVAC, Phase 6 - Substantially completed.
Humanities Commons - Design to be completed Feb 2026, planned construction summer 2026.
Madison Ave Green Space - Planned construction summer 2026.
St Thomas Hall HVAC Replacement, Phase 5C (4th floor) - Construction phase 5C planned for summer 2026.
GLM Interior Flooring - Work completed.
WML Chiller - Completed design under review for a new chiller for WML, TDC, Montrone & Pilarz.
Hafey Hall Flooring Replacement - Construction planned for summer 2026.
O'Hara Masonry Restoration - Construction substantially complete. Finish punchlist Spring 2026.
Additional Parking at Montrone - Construction completed.
